Free Wool Clause Takes Effect With Underwood Tariff

The new Underwood tariff imposes a free wool clause starting Monday December 1, exempting from duty raw wool and related products. One month after, wool manufacture rates rise. Also reported: Solano Irrigated Farms Company and Los Angeles Investment Company are under receivership. Dissent Filed Over Grand Jury Composition in Nevada Case
