Reno altercation ends in shooting between Martin and Golden

Water for Eastern Nevada Artesian Wells Bill Introduced

Congressman Van Duzer of Nevada introduced a bill on April 2 to appropriate 50000 to test and sink artesian wells in eastern Nevada. The wells would be placed where the Interior Department directs to promote domestic, stock, and irrigation use. Prospecting news notes a large Nevada venture by Dangberg ranch workers backing 2000 in gear and men for a year in Nye County. A new Farrington Block is planned in Elko by E. S.
