Incorporators TS Cogeweil Otto Olson and CA Hardy, capital stocks $1,000,000 and $225,000 respectively. Cuba Mines to engage in general mining. Olston Promoting Co to handle real property water rights and mining ventures, power plants mills and factories, railroads and mercantile business, and other utilities. Hardy notes offices will open in Eugene. Cogswell to move from Beattie. These filings promise extensive use of upper McKenzie water power and district development in Lane County.
