In Crawford circuit court Perry county term a struck jury heard the Drury children sue for damages. The 1913 verdict was $2500, but a new hearing was granted. Last week the special term yielded a $7000 verdict for the plaintiffs after three days of testimony with about 65 to 70 Tell City witnesses present.
