Hill Howles was bound over to the district court after a preliminary hearing on burglary charges at the livery barn. Bond set at 1000. he could not meet it and was taken to Rawlins on Thursday afternoon. County Attorney A J Rosier led the prosecution as Howles maintained his innocence. A letter from Rev R R Marquis notes a posting change to Basip and satisfaction with new work.
