Encampment Council Minutes March 6 1916 Wyoming
Encampment Wyoming city council met March 6 1916 at 8 p m with Mayor Ed H Parkison and Councilmen Rankin and Chidester present. Accounts were approved and plans discussed to repair city hall with bids forthcoming. A complaint about concealed weapons prompted talk of reinstating a city marshal. Adjournment followed.
