Free dance at Saratoga depot draws huge crowd
The 8. and E. railway hosted a free dance in the new Saratoga depot last Friday night. The venue was jammed with dancers, a midnight supper was served, and many attendees from Encampment Walcott Rawlins and surrounding county rode the free train back and forth. Superintendent Austrian praised as an unequaled host and entertainer.

Byron Tillou formerly of Encampment and Nevada Copper workman married Muriel Dixson of Fort Collins Colorado on December 14 at the Northern hotel McGill Nevada. Judge H W Edwards performed the ceremony in secrecy with many witnesses gathered to celebrate the union.

Outlaw Jeff Dunbar Shot Dead Near Dixon Colorado
The notorious highwayman Jeff Dunbar was killed in Dixon Colorado when Jim Davis the saloon keeper shot him after years of terror across Wyoming Utah Idaho and Colorado. Dunbar led a raiding gang that terrorized the region near Robbers Roost on Blue Mountain. Jim Davis is identified as a member of the gang and operates a Dixon saloon.

Mrs. Chas. T. Fait Dies After Short Illness
Mrs. Chas. T. Fait died Monday afternoon about one o clock after a month long struggle with bone cancer. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at three in the reading room beside the Bohn hotel. Interment followed at Dunkard Cemetery with Rev. Wm. H. Haupt officiating.
