Town businessmen once ran a similar venture and sold it at a loss, but now a locally owned plant could attract a lease or purchase by a capable creamery operator. The Elks Club in Rawlins closed its bar on Tuesday afternoon following a supreme court decision hold that fraternal orders with bars in club rooms must have liquor licenses. The rooms were shut immediately upon learning of the ruling.
The Denver Record-Stockman reports Wyoming stockmen are rising as ra isers and finishers of good hogs with many top loads recently received. Ledbetter and D Esterre of Encampment sold 28 heifers 637 pounds at 6 75 and four cows 890 pounds at 6 00. W T Peryam of Encampment sold cows at 3 25 4 50 and 5 50.

Keith Kimsey and his wife visiting the city on Sunday were in a low speed collision with an auto in Fi Steele while en route to the city. They escaped without injuries as both vehicles were moving slowly.
