Dr Shockey’s auto pinion broke near the Farm School forcing a detour. no Ford available to fix it.

Governor may order removal action over neglected duties

Lynn Moves to Dismiss In Emmons County Case

The Emmons county case seeks to head off gubernatorial removal over failure to enforce the prohibition law. The state’s attorney serves notices to affidavits holders that a hearing before the governor at Bismarck is set for Friday October 15 at 10 am. A request to tax $300 costs against affiants is also noted.
