Pleasant View Sunday School Report and Old Messages

The Pleasant View Sunday School in Logan district reports its last Sunday session of the quarter with 37 attendees and 74 cents in collection. The event featured a quarter review, student rewards, and thanks to Superintendent Roop, with plans to reopen on the last Sunday in March 1896.

Memories of the Old Days in Billsport and Glencoe

Mr. C. M. Robinson of Glencoe, early Emmons county settler, recalls travels to Billsport in spring 1884. A shoemaker and printer crossed rails, endured rain and snow, found rough lodging, and marveled at town growth from a dozen buildings to today.
