Tragic Drowning Of Mrs Raynolds Near Williamsport
A young wife, Mrs A L Raynolds, aged about sixteen, drowned in Beaver Creek while riding in a boat near her husband’s claim and store. After a note and a search across the creek, her body was found in over three feet of water. The funeral was held at 2 o clock as neighbors mourned the sudden loss just six weeks after the wedding.
