North Dakota Man Found Guilty in Winona Assault Case

The State of North Dakota v August Bens ends with a guilty verdict in Winona Justice Southwick’s court after a jury of eleven convicts its outcome. Prosecutor Parker faced by two counties while witnesses for both sides testified. Bens was fined 28 dollars plus costs and the case is appealed to the district court.
