Notice of mortgage foreclosure for the Lintenpee House Company loan to Phoenix Lumber Company dated August 1 1908 filed September 20 1906 in Emmons County North Dakota. Sale at 2 pm July 13 1907 at courthouse front door to satisfy 1500.75 plus costs. Also citation in the Adelbert Potter estate matter calling August 1 1907 hearing before Judge Charles B Carley in Linton ND for letters of administration to John H Howe.
