Notice is given that Raphael Volk, for the S W of NE and Lot 4, Section 8, Township not stated, will make final proof to establish residence and cultivation. The hearing will be before the Clerk and Receiver of the Land Office at Sheary, North Dakota, on July 11, 1906. Witnesses listed to prove continuous residence and cultivation include Volk and M. D.
