Freeman Talbot died November 20 1903 at his granddaughter Mrs Thomas Griggs Strathcarrol Assiniboia home after months of cancer of the lip. Born in Ireland 1811 he lived in Ontario Minnesota Dakota and the Canadian Northwest. He leaves three children Mrs W B Hall Mrs RB Jaeger and B O Talbot. He is laid to rest beside his eldest son C H in South Quebec cemetery.
