George Hughes a brakeman on the McKenzie Linton N P branch died after a fall between box and gondola cars on the main line east of McKenzie. Eleven cars passed over him. he left a widow, mother, and child in Mandan. He was about thirty, well regarded along the N P line in Emmons county.
