Milwaukee Mechanics State of Oba and Tax Statement
A damaged OCR style municipal financial notice appears, naming the Milwaukee Mechanics, state authorities, and various figures. It references a superintendent, offshore or out-of-state entities, and a December filing date. The text mixes illegible fragments with phrases about aggregate income, expenditures, and assets, including a 400,000 figure and a seal attribution to a superintendent. It reads like a formal statement of financial condition with uncertain provenance.
