Court action delayed as prosecutors attend hearing
The Supreme Court session Thursday featured Prosecuting Attorney Stevens and Attorney Burke in attendance as the judge reserved decision on a motion until Tuesday. Mrs W J Armstrong of San Antonio Texas arrived in Elyria to visit Judge and Mrs D J Nye and will stay several weeks attending Oberlin College commencement where David Nye is a participant.
