Dr T Maynard Taylor a former Oberlin chemistry instructor and Carnegie technical schools educator died by self inflicted gunshot in Pittsburg after years of insomnia and depression linked to smoky city conditions. He studied at Oberlin College and the Pennsylvania University and returned to teach at Oberlin before moving to Pittsburg. Funeral arrangements set for Friday with Rev Dr Bradshaw officiating. he leaves a brother a Youngstown physician and a Chicago based sister and other relatives.
