Man Chased into Cellar in Disorderly Conduct Case

Officers pursued Marino who stamped and cursed along Broad street then fled into a cellar to escape. Baker dragged him out and Marino was fined 10 dollars plus costs in court for disorderly conduct after a Sunday street disturbance and verbal abuse of the police.
