Allen treasurer. A committee including Smythe Allen Gates Cadmus and Crisp will confer with Charles E. Tucker to gauge his willingness to become permanent secretary. A bylaws committee of Smythe Brooks and Crisp drafted governance rules. The secretary will need an office, and committees will select office and meeting place, possibly the lower floor of the board of education building on Court Street.

Lake Shore Electric Makes Oceries of Tests
Norwalk Ohio February 16 officials of the Lake Shore Electric Railway Co say they have conducted over 100 tests similar to those at Conneaut where engineers ignored danger signals. General Manager F J Stout notes most tests occurred at Elyria waterworks crossing west of Lorain where a Nickel Plate switch crosses the main line. He says crews regularly stop and have the conductor verify track clearance and asserts no violations of crossing rules have been found.
