Man charged with murder in Ohio plant yard shooting
Lorain April 22 Mike Kelly known as Brown arraigned before Mayor King on murder charge in the shooting death of J F Cook, a Cleveland resident, near the Nickel Plate yards. Kelly and Wills, employed as guards at the American Shipbuilding plant, were drinking after night duty when the fatal shot occurred. Cook died instantly after being struck above the left eye. Kelly held on disorderly conduct and sent to Elyria jail. He awaits arraignment Monday.
