Washington, Sept 28. Proceedings of the Grand Army encampment have begun with ten thousand veterans registered. The climax comes in the parade tomorrow as veterans retrace the Grant Johnson review path from the closing days of the war. President Wilson will deliver a formal welcome tonight.
Report from Nogales, Ariz states high Villista officials warn that U S recognition of Carranza will trigger immediate bombardment of border ports he holds. Analysts feararchy exceed prior chaos and violence along the frontier.
Mrs. Caroline R. Olney of Oakland sues her brother Charles W. Rickey and partners Humphrey and Moffat in Superior Court alleging a scheme to defraud her of one third of income from a 2 000 000 corporation.
