Ben Kuhl, principal in the Jarbridge murder of stage driver Fred Searcy on December 5, was sentenced to death by Judge Taber at 10 o'clock this morning after a trial with a just and impartial jury. Attorney Caine, who moved for a new trial, asked to be relieved and recommended Harold I Hale for appeal work. Wm McGraw may have the case dismissed. execution date will be set by a warrant.
