Local notes list a dance after the Mayer Orchestra show at the Bradley Opera House tonight with all welcome. Elko visitors include Reverend and Mrs. C L Bonham formerly of the Elko High School. Various residents travel and conduct business in Elko.
Cambridge mass June 19 festivities marring Harvard's commencement began today alumni from across the county and spanning classes back to the 1850s arrived in town. Tomorrow the senior class will hear the baccalaureate sermon at Appleton Chapel and Class Day exercises. On Friday many students and visitors will travel to New London for the Harvard Yale boat races.
The Pacific Coast opens its tennis season with the Pacific State Championship tourney in San Francisco. Events include the doubles championship and Western team matches, with Long Beach hosting the Pacific States doubles tourney and most events at the exposition courts.
Aztec Land and Cattle Company Limited through attorney John G. Taylor files in Elko Nevada to enter under the 1897 act the SE half of NW quarter of section 23 township 43 range 54 east M D B and M containing zero acres. Any adverse claimants or those opposing the mineral character or disposal may file affidavits of protest by July 28, 1915.

The notice cites lots, lodes, and grazing lands across Nevada districts with payments due in installments and a certification by Elko County Auditor Grea thouse dated June 14 1915.

Sealed proposals for road work and rock work on the New Secret Pass Road will be received until 10 A M July 9 1915 by the Clerk of the Board of Highway Commissioners. Bids must follow specifications for a twelve foot solid road bed aligned with the government survey and include a fill at Dorsey Creek with steel railings on both sides.
