Mining profits and state gold silver output in early 1900s
The piece argues mining yields per capita across sectors and notes large US silver and gold production in 1911 and 1914. It compares dividends of mining firms to banks and railways, stresses legitimate mining as wealth from earth, warns investors about counterfeits and the need for rigorous due diligence, and cautions that mine value lies in future potential rather than past production.
