Fat Man Bad Fat Conductor Worse in Atlanta Court Suit

In Atlanta on August 7 two lawsuits totaling 20000 dollars claim a fat streetcar conductor injured Mrs. W. Y. Shields as she tried to pass on a car. Prominent St Louis Businessman Lambert Dies by Suicide

Jordan Wheat Lambert, 43, a member of a wealthy St Louis family and noted sportsman, shot himself in his apartment after a mysterious call claiming illness. A maid found him with a revolver nearby and the caller had vanished. The cause remains unclear following a recent nervous collapse.
