Warren Livergood of near Ilkhart was driving a horse hitched buggy when a Lake Shore passenger train struck at the Middlebury street crossing last night at 5 40. The buggy overturned the driver escaped injury the horse was badly hurt and taken to Dr Shaffer veterinary with uncertain fate.
