Gary Ind December 26 The Kirst National bank has opened its doors for business in a magnificent new building on Broadway. The stone front features four large monoliths by the entrance. Interiors showcase solid mahogany, brass cages, mosaic lobby, and marble trim. The bank will include safe deposit vaults and a visible clerical cloth over the vault door. The Gary institution started with 25 000 dollars capital, later increased.
