New Clermont Mill Nears Completion With Elevator Plan
Manager Lyle Gunderson said on Monday the new Clermont mill will have the elevator and equipment running in about three weeks. Outside work is finished and carpenters are inside. The facility features 12 overhead bins, with mill and mixers to be installed in the new section.

Fatal Accident Ends Roy Dunning's Life at Roscoe Larson Farm
Roy Dunning an employee of the Nelson Saw Mill died after a lumber truck rolled back at the Roscoe Larson farm. He sustained a broken hip and vertebrae and died Saturday afternoon after initial improvement. He leaves a widow Abbie Smith and three children Marian Evelyn and Leslie. Funeral services were held at West Clermont Lutheran Church with burial in Postville cemetery.
