Fayette County Board approves quit claim deed and fund transfer
The Fayette County Iowa Board of Supervisors met on June 30 1961 and approved a transfer of 283 48 from the County Conservation Fund to the Secondary Road Fund to reimburse labor and materials. They also authorized the chairman to execute a quit claim deed conveying Lot 2 Block 7 River Addition to Tows to Martin Evenson and Edwin Evenson for 107 99, with payments settling tax sale costs. The board adjourned to July 6 1961.
