Sam and Joe Richards faced gambling house charges after police raided the Eagle case on a Baker signed complaint. Joe Richards pled not guilty and posted $500 bail, with a preliminary hearing set for June 1 before Justice Harvey Moyer. Sam Richards was absent by neon Saturday. investigators described the case as one of the first against the brothers.
