Elgin Iowa Council Adopts Water Main Extension Ordinances
Elgin Iowa town council met May 8 1924 with Mayor Gunderson and five trustees present. Bills approved include labor gravel and printing. major action adopted a resolution to lay a 24 inch water main on Center Street connecting to the Freburghaus Co. main, pending three property owners' consent.
