Ernestine Knoll born October 14 1858 in Pommerania Germany died February 25 1941 at her nephew Edwin Krueger's home near Elgin at age 82 years 4 months 11 days She immigrated to America at 21 with sister and brother in law Mr and Mrs John Krueger They lived in Sumner West Union Madison SD later moving to Elgin She joined the Baptist church in Sumner Surviving nieces and nephews include Alfred Wenger Clermont Otto Edwin Krueger Madison SD Richard Kirchstein Madison SD Herbert Krueger Concord CA Richard Krueger Elgin Clara Krueger Madison SD and Mrs Roy O Dell Fairplay CO Two nephews Gustav and John Krueger preceded her in death Funeral held at Elgin Baptist church Friday at 2 PM with Rev P F Zoschke officiating Burial in Elgin cemetery Card of Thanks expressed for flowers and visits by Otto Krueger Edwin Krueger Richard Krueger Alfred Wenger and others.
