Big Fish Gus Krueger and Lorence Muehlethaler fished Monday evening near the railroad water tank. Gus landed a 27 inch catfish weighing 2 pounds. The Krueger guests served the big fish at dinner.
Dummermuth daughter and Jack Slyfield Jr united in marriage at Hy ria Community Church in a June 6 ceremony officiated by Rev Bruce Jones. Attendants included sister Sandy and J ack Slyfield Sr as man of honor. Guests and family noted for Navy and teaching careers, with plans for a summer home in McGregor Heights.
