Ice Cream Boosts Riboflavin Intake For Health
Iowa State researchers note ice cream provides riboflavin or vitamin B-2 in a form bodies can fully use, aiding eyesight, skin, growth, and respiration. Daily needs vary by size and age, with about 2 mg recommended, while meals should include other riboflavin sources. Keep riboflavin foods away from light to preserve activity.
