Rich's Pipe Dreams Stirs Civic Talk In Small Town
A column urging community effort notes about ten percent fully back projects while the rest expect others to lead. It recalls heat waves, local rattlesnakes, jury pay, and old days as warnings against complacency and calls for balanced cooperation to spur growth. Various loose bits follow about aviation speed, politics, humor, and social quips.
