Zurbriggens Begin Eight Room House On Main Street
Excavation started Monday for a new eight room home for the Paul Zurbriggen family east of the Lorence Muehlethalers residence on Main Street. The block south of the Baptist church is divided into three plots with church corner lots, the Zurbriggens in the center and the Muehlethalers next to the Ern Schori home. This marks a summer of new homes in the same block as Elgin’s residence area grows. There were talks of a Baptist parsonage adjacent to this property.
