Christmas in the Syria community brings many family gatherings
Christmas in the Syria community is described with detailed lists of family dinners and visits. Numerous households from West Union Castalia and surrounding towns hosted relatives and friends, including the Grimm, Wilson, Strong, Rothlisberger, Dennler, Yearous, Shaffer, Ogle, and Dennler families, with travel from Cedar Rapids, Waterloo, Slater, and Washington to share meals and time together during the holiday period.
