Teaching Safety Habits From Guns To Bicycles In Family Life
A parent’s role in instilling early safety habits is urged as crucial for lifelong protection. The piece cites a 43 year old man with an illegally assembled gun on a bus and two nine year olds shooting BB guns then staging a mock hold up to illustrate risks and the need for practical, patient guidance. It also notes toy guns as teaching tools, the impact of fatherly demonstration over lectures, and broader lessons on responsible behavior. It mentions Iowa egg price differences and swine feeding practices as additional farming observations.
