Authorities recover stolen automobile
Clayton county authorities and Dubuque police Sunday recovered an automobile taken in Marquette on Saturday at 7 30 p m. The car belonged to Robert Brooks of Marquette an insurance man Five Dubuque boys rode a freight train to Marquette to return home they took the Brooks car and abandoned it in Dubuque when gas ran out The car was undamaged nor was a ten dollar fishing rod in the car disturbed A gold watch taken from the Brooks home has not been recovered but Dubuquets deny knowledge of the watch.
