Married Elizabeth Kerr February 24, 1916 at Robert Kerr home. they raised two sons John and Robert. Member of Volga Presbyterian Church. His wife died September 14, 1942. He farmed most of his life, moving to Arlington in October 1943 with his son Robert and family.
