Notice is given that The Star Clothing Company of Eldora Iowa has incorporated under Chapter 491 of the Iowa code. The company will conduct clothing and shoe business in Eldora and Taylor Falls, with a capital stock of 60,000 dollars. The corporation commenced business on June 7, 1930, and has a 20 year life unless dissolved by two thirds of stockholders. A six-member board will elect officers including president and vice president. The annual stockholders meeting is set for the second Monday of January.
