Ram sponsored by radio station WinAR in Yankton County
A county winner will be chosen this month by a county judging committee with the aid of a nursery representative who assisted Ray Granzow on a landscape planting project. Granzow is remodeling his barn to include a poultry department for about 300 laying hens and features like a darkened roost area and a litter carrier for cleaning. Some farmers recently added larger spray nozzles to power sprayers to boost corn borers control after hatching deep in corn whorls.
