Article V adds preferred stock 2000 shares par 10 and organization stock 2000 shares par 1 with 4 percent non cumulative and common stock 2000 shares par 5 with voting rights. Article VI requires board members to be common stockholders active in promoting the program. vacancies filled by Board. Article VI also creates a nominating committee of three electing two nominees per open seat. Article X grants one vote per share to all common and organization stockholders.
