Ruiz Hanged Today in Albuquerque After Child Killing

Special dispatch reports Jose J. Ruiz was hanged at 9 o'clock in old town Albuquerque for shooting at children and killing five year old Patricio O Bannon. He was executed after conviction in October 1898 with the territorial supreme court upholding the verdict.
