Harvest Housing plans elder adult apartments in Mountlake Terrace
Ron Johnson leads Harvest Housing a nonprofit project to fund and build self sustaining low cost housing for seniors. The initial plan calls for 32 units on two adjacent 16 unit buildings with energy efficient features and no general contractor fees. Rent will be 25 percent of income with 10 percent placed in a tenant estate fund and the rest funding future projects. Donations promotions will be aired on local Christian radio and TV.
