Linde recounts perilous flight and world voyage after Mill Creek stint
Former Mill Creek Swim Club director Tom Linde returned from a nine month South Pacific to Scandinavia trip. He described a dramatic Hong Kong stop after engine trouble then a long flight back, plus a two week airport layover before the summit. He toured Thailand and China, noting Tokyo and Bangkok highlights and Norway fjords. He saved two years for the journey, spent about 50 dollars a day, and now faces job hunting while Pat Cody continues as swim club manager.
