Mountlake Terrace may face $28 monthly sewer rate rise

An Edmonds led upgrade to the Edmonds sewage plant to secondary treatment is projected at 39 million dollars with Mountlake Terrace bearing about 35 percent of the cost. If grants reduce expenses, monthly rates could drop by as much as nine dollars per month. Work aimed for completion by 1991 with construction starting mid 1990.
