Snohomish deputy cleared in 164th Street accident
State Patrol and Snohomish County prosecutor find no criminal conduct in the February 27 crash on 164th Street where a sheriff's car struck 9 year old Jason Boggan on the sidewalk while responding to an assault with a deadly weapon. Trolley Fare Set for April 9 Demonstration Project
